Merry Go Round Farm is a small fiber farm located in the Appalachian foothills of Kentucky. We raise and sell registered Shetland sheep , Angora goats and their unbelievably soft wool and mohair. These timeless, sustainable materials along with leather are used to create our handmade items for modern use and enjoyment. Our refillable journals are hand-cut and assembled using quality oil-tanned, leather and stainless steel hardware. Lightweight jewelry pieces are created using this same leather, fashion-printed leather, glass beads and stainless steel hardware. Soft, durable wearables, hand-dyed yarns and roving are made from fine-fleeced Shetland wool or a lovely wool imported from Peru. Here at Merry Go Round Farm, we strive to produce high quality animals and fiber for our use and for use by fiber artists and crafters.
